Rufus Norsworthy Yoder, 81, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997, in a local hospital.
Mr. Yoder was a native of Norfolk and lifelong resident. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Louise N. and Wayland W. Yoder Sr.; and two brothers, Sterling N. Yoder and Wayland Whitaker Yoder Jr.
Survivors include his sister, Louise Yoder Games, and her husband, Robert; and many nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to your favorite charity. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
