Robert Harold Stephenson, 77, of the Croatan Trail died Aug. 27, 1997, in his residence.
A native of Norfolk County, he worked at UERD-David Taylor Model Basin. He was a 50-year member of the Lake Drummond No. 178 A.F.&A.M.
Survivors include his wife, Elsie S. Stephenson; a daughter, Barbara A. Stephenson of Chesapeake; son, Robert H. Stephenson Jr. of Saluda, Va.; sister, Betty Chesson of Virginia Beach; grandchild, Pam McClelland; two great-grandchildren, Cassie and Amanda McClelland.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. John Bright. The family will receive friends in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, today form 7 to 8 p.m. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
