Mary Etheridge of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd., died Aug. 25, 1997 in a local hospital.
She was a custodian for the Chesapeake Schools and a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include seven sisters, Ella Hill, Mildred Wilson and Joselyn Patterson of Chesapeake, Cora Munden of Virginia Beach, Deloris Albritton and Alice Patterson, both of New York, and Alberta Purvis of Norfolk; and a brother, Isiah Patterson of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Willow Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Kevin White. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Graves Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
