MARGARET M. PETERSON

Margaret Mary Peterson, 75, of the 5000 block of Amberly Road, died Aug. 28, 1997, in her residence.

Mrs. Peterson was a member of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church and a former employee of J.C. Penny's.

She is survived by her son, G. Wayne Peterson, and his wife, Connie, of Chesapeake; a daughter, Barbara A. Scoby, and her husband, Joseph, of Virginia Beach; a brother, Linwood Dail of Santa Ana, Calif.; a sister, Shirley L. Jones of Winston-Salem, N.C.; six grandchildren, Amy M., Brian C., Amy D. and Andrew T. Peterson, Michael S. Scoby and Kelley M. Peroe; and a great-grandchild, Shae M. Scoby.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday in Rosewood Memorial Park. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
