William Earl Tucker, 81, died Aug. 30, 1997, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Tucker was born in Pensacola, Fla. He was the widower of Thelma A. Tucker. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War and retired after 20 years of service.
Survivors include his daughter, Dolores J. Ransone of Virginia Beach; a son, Donnie L. Jennett and his wife, Ruth M. Jennette of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Hal Tucker of Pensacola, Fla., and Howard Tucker of Milton, Fla.; and two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
