Ruth K. Owen died Aug. 29, 1997, in her residence. She was a resident of Hampton Roads most of her life until four years ago moving to Florida.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John ``Hugh'' Owen; and three brothers, John, William and Paul Kilgore.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Owen-Guiter of Lady Lake; a son, Kelly Owen of Lady Lake; a brother, Frank Kilgore of Michigan; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park. Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
