Joseph C. Hogan, 62, died Sept. 2, 1997, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Hogan was born in Norfolk, the son of the late G. Emmett Hogan and Mary Clark Hogan. He was a life member of the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad.
Survivors include his son, John Kelly Hogan of Avon, N.C.; his two sisters, Clark H. Brown and Betty H. Ellis and his brother, George E. Hogan, all of Virginia Beach. Mr. Hogan was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Elizabeth Hogan and his son, Joseph Clark Hogan Jr.
A chapel service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. John H. Jordan. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 945, Virginia Beach, Va. 23451. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
