William R. ``Bean'' Gibbs Jr., 44, of the 2800 block of Bayne Ave., died Aug. 30, 1997.
He was a laborer and a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Gibbs; three daughters, Tomeka, Rashema and Keona Sawyer; parents, Catherine Gibbs and William Gibbs Sr.; sister, Patricia Gallop; brother-in-law, Noah Gallop, all of Norfolk; three brothers, Terry, Carlise, and Michael Gibbs; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins and special friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday by Bishop Anthony Moses in Metropolitan Funeral Service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 2814 Bayne Ave., Norfolk, and will assemble there on Friday at 10 a.m. for a funeral procession to the chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
