Tamika Roshette Nixon, 23, of the 400 block of Keith Court, died Aug. 30, 1997.

Survivors include a daughter, Tauchcheanna Q. Nixon ; mother, Mildred Ann Nixon; a sister, Lisa Ann Nixon; grandfather, Wendall Haynes; a friend, George Taylor, all of Chesapeake; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Sallie Haynes.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, by Deacon James Nixon. Burial will be in St. Luke Church Cemetery, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at 2616 Sunrise Ave., Chesapeake, on Friday at 1 p.m. for funeral procession to the chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
