May Elizabeth Redmond, 76, of the 7900 block of Turner Road, died Sept. 7, 1997, at home.
Born in New York, she was the widow of Bill Williamson and employed by Pilgrim State Hospital in Long Island, N.Y. She was a member of the Salvation Army.
Survivors include her daughters, Honey Correa, Hennie Franken, Carol LaFever, Faith Best, Joann Williamson and Sandra Williamson; a son, James Forbes; a sister, Evelyn; 23 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, William C. Williamson.
A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be private at a later date. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
