CORRECTIONS

Unclaimed Freight is a discount furniture store in Virginia

Beach, not a freight warehouse, as described in a story Tuesday

about a city of Virginia Beach purchase for its Community Services

Board.

A caption and text pullout in Tuesday's Daily Break gave a wrong

first name for WVEC weatherman Jeff Lawson. Also, a pullout with a

story on Emmy awards referred to Emmy ``nominees''; it should have

been ``winners.''

Both stories contained the correct information.

A story Friday about Anglican church funeral rites contained an

error. There are two churches in Hampton Roads that identify

themselves as Anglican. The second one is St. Francis of Assisi

Anglican Church in Newport News.

The date for the Norfolk Botanical Garden's Games in the Garden

celebration was omitted from a calendar listing in Sunday's Home &

Garden section. It will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, with

demonstrations, activities and refreshments. For more information,
