POULIN APPOINTED INTERIOR DESIGNER: Ginger Poulin was named interior designer at Shriver & Holland Associates, a full service architectural firm. She is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech. While in college, she completed an internship with Shriver & Holland.

VIRGINIA BEACH

MULGREW JOINS SUN BAY: Gary T. Mulgrew was named project manager with Sun Bay Contracting. He is the former owner of GTM Construction. He has over 25 years of experience in directing construction of commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

PR FIRM NAMES CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND MEDIA ASSISTANT: Lim Peacock was named creative director and Melinda J. Parrish was named media assistant at Hambright, Calcagno & Downing Advertising and Public Relations. Peacock was most recently employed as general manager for Heninger Design in Washington, D.C. Parrish was an accounting assistant at Max Media Radio.

HAMPTON

BADARY HIRED, BOYETTE PROMOTED: Eason, Lawson & Westphal, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants appointed Patricia L. Badary staff accountant. She previously worked in the accounting department at Professional Food Systems, a wholesale distributor of fresh meat products in Chesapeake. Also, Sharon D. Boyette was promoted to senior accountant. She joined the firm in 1996.

NEWPORT NEWS

FIVE HEAD CAR DEALERSHIP: Five managers were named to lead Pomoco Group's new dealership, Pomoco Lincoln-Mercury of Newport News. The dealership is led by Gary Minter, a 15-year Pomoco veteran. Dennis D. Cozzens was named sales manager; Jim Blankenship, general service manager; Curtis Grubbs, parts manager, and Trip Goolsby, business manager.
