Horace O. Diggs, a native of Suffolk, died Sept. 14, 1997, in VA Hospital in Brooklyn.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sadie Diggs; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Matthew and Mrs. Doris Collier of Chesapeake, Mrs. Vivian Cross of Suffolk, Mrs. Rosa Harper of San Bernardino, Calif.; a brother, Mr. Clifford Diggs of Suffolk; and numerous relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Crocker Funeral Home by Dr. Madison G. Copeland. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
