Police are investigating the apparent accidental drowning of a 2-year-old boy Monday night.
Police and emergency workers were called to the 1400 block of Barbour Drive after the child was found in the bathtub by family members about 5 p.m.
The boy, Arion D. Watkins, was taken to Portsmouth General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. KEYWORDS: DROWNING
