RUDLOFF NAMED MECHANICAL ENGINEER; ARANYI APPOINTED TO COMMISSION: David W. Rudloff was named a mechanical engineer with the architectural and engineering firm of Clark Nexsen. He was with Colonial Williamsburg, where he served as a design engineer providing mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design for a variety of foundation projects. Also, Peter J. Aranyi, a senior architect with Clark Nexsen, was appointed by City Council to the Historic Preservation Commission for Chesapeake. The commission is an advisory board charged with providing recommendations on historic structures and properties.
EVMS RE-ACCREDITED TO SPONSOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION: Eastern Virginia Medical School has been resurveyed by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and awarded accreditation for two years as a sponsor of continuing medical education for physicians. ACCME accreditation seeks to assure both physicians and the public that continuing medical education activities sponsored by EVMS meet the high standards of the Essentials and Standards for Accreditation as specified by the ACCME.

CREATIVEDGE VIDEO WINS NATIONAL AWARD: CreativEdge Video and Film Production has won a prestigious Platinum Aurora award for long-form video production. The entry entitled ``Nothing Hits Home Like the Pilot,'' garnered ``Best in Show'' for the Customer Relations category. The 5 1/2-minute video was produced for The Virginian-Pilot.
