Leona B. Fulford, 94, died Sept. 17, 1997, in a Norfolk hospital.
Born in Robinsonville, N.C., she was the widow of William J. Fulford.
Survivors include a son, Russell Lee Fulford and his wife, Jean, of Chesapeake; five grandsons, including William Lee Fulford of Virginia Beach and Allen Sims Fulford of Norfolk; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Donnie Fulford of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
