ANTHONY Q. CARTER

Anthony Quinn ``QC'' Carter, 37, of the 2800 block of E. Princess Anne Road, was called into God's Kingdom Sept. 16, 1997. He died in a local hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was a member of Living Faith Church of God in Christ. Well-known for lending his helping hand, Quinn never met a stranger.

Survivors include his mother, Williemae Carter; a son, Quinton Taylor of Lawrenceville, Va.; sisters, Joeann Young, Mary Carter, Deborah Carter, Sarah Rawlings of Norfolk; brothers, Dwayne and Jesse Carter of Norfolk, John Carter of Washington, D.C.; nieces, Natishia, Trenica, Candice, Tangie, Kanitra Carter of Norfolk, Jackie Harris of Irmo, S.C.; and a host of nephews and friends. He will be forever in our hearts.
