Frances C. ``Fran'' Teska, 73, of the 1100 block of Modoc Ave. died Sept. 20, 1997.

Born in Yonkers, N.Y., she was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, Sidney Thomas ``Whitey'' Teska of Norfolk; a daughter, Mia Angela Roberson, and her husband, Larry, of Virginia Beach; two sons, Philip Edward Teska and his wife, Barbara, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, and Sidney Thomas Teska Jr. and his wife, Regina, of Elyria, Ohio; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Philip, Lauren, Corey and Alexander; two great-grandchildren, Philip and Collin; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John Lutheran Church by Pastor Mark Schroeder. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are to be sent to the memorial fund of St. John Lutheran Church. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Homes, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
