Willie W. Moss of the 2400 block of Masi St. died Sept. 22, 1997, at his residence.
He was the widower of Ernestine Moss and a retired merchant seaman of the National Maritime Association. Mr. Moss was a Baptist and a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Terresa Smith of Stafford, Va.; a son, Willie W. Moss Jr. of Teaneck, N.J.; a host of other relatives and friends; a special niece, Marrita Bellard and a special nephew, John Bellard.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by Bishop Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3:30 p.m. today. The family will assemble at the funeral home at 1 p.m. for the procession. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
