Prentis Park and Brighton Neighborhood: James Mosely Jr. requests a rezoning from Commercial C-2 and Residential RS-75 to Commercial C-2-K to operate an auto repair facility at 1428 Portsmouth Blvd. Deferred to Oct. 14

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Ordinance granting the request of Mt. Sinai Church to rezone 103 Gust Lane from Light Manufacturing M-1 to Commercial C-2. Approved, 5-0

Resolution granting the request of Mt. Sinai Church to operate a church at 103 Gust Lane. Approved, 5-0

CITY MANAGER'S REPORT

Adoption of a resolution authorizing the Virginia Department of Transportation to establish a project for the design and eventual replacement of the Clifford Street Bridge. Approved, 5-0

Adoption of a motion to transfer $147,702 from the General Fund Contingency (Emergency) for the enhancement of emergency medical services. Approved, 5-0
