Cynthia Elaine ``Peaches'' Spratley, 34, of the 500 block of Nicholson St., died Sept. 28, 1997, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Born in Norfolk, she was a school crossing guard for the city of Norfolk.
Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Stevens; her stepfather, Herbert Stevens Sr.; a sister, Dorothy Stevens; two brothers, Herbert Stevens Jr. and Mark Stevens; a loving and devoted grandmother with whom she lived, Lucinda Riddick and Gladys Wilson; an aunt, Marion Riden; great-aunt, Margaret Riddick; a special uncle, Milton Riddick; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father, the late Sylrester Hunt.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Hale Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Gunns. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 513 Nicholson St. and assemble there one hour before the service. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
