Dick R. Westfall, 77, of the 2700 block of E. Meadow Drive died Oct. 2, 1997, in a local hospital.
A native of Kingman, Kan., Dick was retired as electric cooker plant manager with General Foods. He was of the Presbyterian faith and an active member of the Breakfast Club of the Western Branch McDonald's.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia White Westfall; a son, Rande Westfall of Little Rock, Calif.; a daughter, Karen Nelson and husband, Daniel, of Portsmouth; his mother, Grace K. Westfall of Kingman, Kan.; a grandson, Ryan Westfall of Little Rock, Calif.; a brother, Jim Westfall of Abilene, Texas; two sisters, Martha Alford of Carl Junction, Mo. and Janis Sourbeer of Wichita, Kan.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, 1997, in Loving Funeral Home Chapel, Churchland, by Chaplain Ernie Epheridge. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
