Lois Barrett Morgan, 75, died Oct. 16, 1997, in her residence.
Born in Holland, Va., she was a salesperson for Smith and Welton Dept. Store and for Chapmans Jewelers.
Survivors include a daughter, Sally Holloman, and her husband, Wayne, of Virginia Beach, and stepdaughter, Kathryn E. Morgan of Columbia, Md.; a stepson, Reed Morgan of San Diego; a sister, Fannie Lee Duck of Norfolk; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Judy Joyner of Floyd, Va.; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Doug Joyner.
A graveside service will be held at noon Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Jess Jackson. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m Sunday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
