Mildred W. Jenkins of the 200 block of Doyle Way died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 1997, in Bay Pointe Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Norfolk County, she was a retiree and a member of First Lynnhaven Baptist Church and its senior usher board.
Survivors include a godson, Thomas J. Fountain III; a sister, Mrs. Matilda H. Newby; three nieces, Marjorie H. Holley, Clarissa H. Stone and Shirley H. Archer; and a host of other relatives.
