ALEXANDRIA P. BAKER

Alexandria ``Mickey'' Powell Baker, 67, of Warsaw and formerly of Great Bridge, died Monday, Oct. 27, 1997.

Mrs. Baker was the widow of Edwin L. Baker Jr. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and the past president of Women's Auxiliary of Trinity Episcopal Church of Portsmouth.

Survivors are her three sons, Dr. Edwin L. Baker III of Lumberton, N.C., Dr. William Powell Baker of Richmond, Richard Ball Baker, Esq., of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Jane P. Maronic of Raleigh, N.C., Mary P. Blake of Urbanna, Betty P. Cook of Waterview, Anne P. George of Warsaw; and three grandchildren, Katie, James and Charlie Baker.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. John's Episcopal Church, Warsaw. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Anne P. George, after the service. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 1093, Warsaw, Va., 22572 or to the Alzheimer's Association, The Greater Richmond Chapter, 7124 Forest Hill Ave., Suite 270, Richmond, Va. 23225. Welch-Marks Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
