BETTY J. JORDAN

Betty Jean Jordan, 65, of the 3600 block of Kevin Drive died Oct. 29, 1997, in a local hospital.

Born in Covington, Va., she was a retired associate with Ames Department Stores and a member of Colonial Heights Church of Christ. She was the widow of Kenneth W. Jordan.

Survivors include two sons, Kenneth W. Jordan Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., and Danny F. Jordan of Suffolk; a sister, Dorothy L. DeGrange of Knoxville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
