SLAVONIK APPOINTED PARTS MANAGER: Tom Slavonik was appointed parts manager for Trane Parts Center. He was director of HVAC sales for Trible's in Oxon Hill, Md.

JONES NEW SENIOR CLUB DIRECTOR: CI Travel appointed Debbie Jones as Golden Adventures director. She will be responsible for travelers 62 and older, interested in group travel. She works in the Shore Drive office.

NORFOLK

APPOINTMENTS AT CENTRAL WHOLESALE: Central Wholesale Supply, a specialty building materials supplier, appointed Frank Boova residential specialist for DuPont Corian; Michael Wroton as Corian builder program specialist and Paul Lonski as the Corian commercial/military account specialist.

MCHORNEY ELECTED PRESIDENT: The Hampton Roads Health Coalition, a local non-profit organization formed by area businesses to provide active leadership in determining health care value and quality, elected H.N. McHorney Jr. of Virginia Natural Gas as president.

RAMSEY JOINS PRACTICE: Dr. Harry E. Ramsey III has joined the practice of General Dentistry at 504 DePaul Medical Building. He joins Dr. E.H. Eskey Jr. and Dr. Harry E. Ramsey Jr.

HOUGH AND LEE JOIN REAL ESTATE COMPANY: Diane Hough was named relocation coordinator for Nancy Chandler Associates. She will be coordinating marketing for the company's new location to open in Chesapeake in early 1998.

NEWPORT NEWS

APPOINTMENTS AT DYNAMIC ENGINEERING: Dynamic Engineering Inc., a leader in engineering and fabrication of aerospace and marine prototype hardware, has made the following promotions in its Newport News corporate headquarters. Eddie Holder was promoted to propulsion model supervisor. He joined the company 16 months ago and has over 20 years technical experience in the aviation industry. Michele Krohn was promoted to human resources manager. Archie Lewis was promoted to chief financial officer. He has been with the company for 14 years. Chuck Masser, previously production control manager, was promoted to fabrication and marine product line manager. He has been with the company for 13 years. Pat Wentland, who was has been with the company for 13 years, was promoted to composite model supervisor. Also, Rebecca T. Wieters, a certified public accountant, was promoted to controller. She was formerly assistant controller with Industrial Marine Service in Norfolk.

VIRGINIA

ELLIS JOINS STONEHOUSE: Beth Ellis was named associate broker of Stonehouse, a large multi-use development now under construction. She was a sales associate at Century 21 Old Williamsburg. Stonehouse is a 5,700 acre planned development which will have over half the acreage devoted to green space and will be a town of 12,000 residents.

LALONDE AND YOUNG JOIN ACCOUNTING FIRM: Brian A. LaLonde and Paul M. Young, both certified public accountants and formerly with LaLonde, Wooding and Young, were named partners at Goodman & Co., certified public accountants and systems consultants in Richmond. They will have clients in both Norfolk and Newport News. A substantial portion of LaLonde's practice is devoted to assisting small to mid-size businesses with tax matters.
