Bernard Edward Osborne, 91, of the 1000 block of George Washington Hwy., died Friday Nov. 14, 1997, in his residence.
He was a Pittsburg, Pa., native and the widower of Helen Osborne. Mr. Osborne was retired from civil service as a machinist for the N.A.R.F.
Survivors include two granddaughters, Regina Adkins of Portsmouth, Roxanne Hobbs of Fayetteville, N.C.; and great-grandchildren, Joey Morrison, Seth Hobbs, Kyle Hobbs and Lily Hobbs.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. T.M. Frye. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
