Bailey Eatman O'Neill, 76, passed away Nov. 15, 1997, at his home.
He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1966 after 30 years of service. He was a member of Haygood United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his loving wife, Marion E. O'Neill; two daughters, Joyce A. O'Neill and Nita O. Davis and her husband, Edward O. Davis; grandchildren, Stephen O. Davis, Anna L. Davis, Jay E. Davis, Georgia A. Gibson; a brother, William R. O'Neil ; and a sister, Nell Owens of Baltimore, Md.
The family will receive friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. in Riverside Memorial Cemetery at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Alan Reifsynder officiating. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
