Clarence Elmer Casteen, 54, died Nov. 15, 1997. He was a GM & Nissan certified Master Auto Technician.
He is survived by his wife, Judith A. Casteen; two daughters, Cherrise Casteen and Michele Stuart both of Portsmouth; son, Michael Casteen of Portsmouth; two sisters, Judy C. Adkins of Rocky Mt. N.C., and Sadie Frances Casteen of Greenville, N.C.; five grandchildren; three nephews, Richard, Andrew and Patrick.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Lynn Hardaway. The family will receive friends in Loving Funeral Home Churchland today from 7 to 8 p.m. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
