OFFICETEAM APPOINTS DIVISION DIRECTOR: Courtney Faircloth was promoted to division director of OfficeTeam. In this position, she will handle the placement of temporary administrative professionals. She joined OfficeTeam in August 1997 and has more than three years of experience in the staffing industry.

NEWPORT NEWS

RICHMAN STEEL OPENS REBAR FABRICATION FACILITY: Richman Steel has opened a rebar fabrication facility at its J. Clyde Morris Boulevard location. The company will eventually hire an additional 10 employees for the rebar shop.

VIRGINIA

WRAY NAMED BUILDING AND GROUNDS DIRECTOR FOR 2 NEW STATE PRISONS: The Department of Corrections named Robert A. Wray buildings and grounds director for Sussex I and Sussex II, two new maximum security state prisons in Sussex, Va. The prisons will open in 1998. He was the power plant superintendent at St. Brides Correctional Center.
