James E. Miller, 62, passed away Nov. 26, 1997, at Chesapeake General Hospital.
Survivors include his mother, Minnie Turner of Chesapeake; three sons, Tommy, Gerald and Earl Miller, two daughters, Connie Radford and Tammy Barrow, all of North Carolina; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, David Miller of Kentucky, Donald Miller of Virginia, Fleming Miller of Florida; a sister, Melba Marshburn of Suffolk; and former wife, Frances Wiggins of North Carolina.
The family will have a private graveside service in North Carolina at a later date. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
