SIBYL W. BUNCH

Sibyl White Bunch, 82, of Chesapeake and formerly of Hobbsville, died Friday Nov. 28, 1997, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

Mrs. Bunch, born in Gates County, was the daughter of the late Lorenza D. and Mrs. Penelope White. She was a homemaker and a member of Warwick Baptist Church. She was the wife of the late Fred Bunch.

Surviving are two daughters, Judith B. Carter and Frances B. Bunch, both of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Kent Carter, Kevin Carter and Glenda Hudson; four great-grandchildren, Robert Hudson II, Brandon Carter, Megan Hudson and Brook Carter.

A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in Warwick Baptist Church by the Rev. Tom Hupp and the Rev. Mitchell Harrison. Burial will follow in the Bunch Family Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville. The family will assemble at the church at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
