Applications are invited for a temporary appointment of a Lecturer (Level A) in the Department of Classical and Near Eastern Studies in the field of Ancient Greek and Latin Language and Literature.
Applicants should be in possession of an honours degree *or* preferably a higher degree and be competent to teach Ancient Greek, Latin and some aspects of Classical studies.
The successful applicant will be expected to take up the appointment in February 1994 for a period of up to a year (negotiable).
Salary is in the range AUS $28,700-38,950 per annum (Level A).
